Here’s how we can support you with returns:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged—like a broken or melted candle—please send me a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. I’ll happily replace it at no cost to you, as long as I have the item in stock (see below for Faire items).
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, I cannot replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after they’ve been shipped. I recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim, and I’m happy to provide tracking details to assist.
  • Faire Items: Some of my products, like NoMonet Jewelry or Tea Party Collection items, are sourced from Faire, where I typically order just one or two of each to test customer interest. If a Faire item arrives damaged, I’ll replace it if I have stock. If I don’t, I’ll issue a store credit for the item’s value, which you can use toward any other product on theangelinastore.com or place another order on Faire for your damaged item.
  • How to Request a Return: Email me at [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the damaged item (if applicable), and a brief description. I’ll respond within 48 hours to arrange your replacement or store credit.
